It's relatively accurate and incredibly fast. I suppose that eventually it will display versions too.

I tested this extension on four WordPress sites where I have admin access and complete visibility into the plugins, themes, and builders used. Even when not logged in as an admin or WordPress user, it is able to detect almost all installed plugins. However, it can not detect deactivated plugins(this behavior makes sense, considering how the WordPress core works). Its only can recognize Yoas seo plugin. Its just a bad joke. (we dont use yoast seo plugin. :-D)
