    Bought the Pro version, it never worked. Every time I try to download the media from the chat, it just never downloads anything. Have been trying over and over, same result. No downloads have been made.

    I bought the Pro version, hoping to overcome the limitations of the free version. Unfortunately, this is a waste of money. It can only retrieve one year of data, and you still have to export each chat manually, one by one, so no advantage over the free way to do it, as intended by meta, over the phone, exporting one chat a time from your phone... 20$ wasted...
