    I normally have no problem paying for services I truly value. Unfortunately, Shared Contacts (now rebranded as Contacts Flow) is one of the worst products I have ever paid for. The service is extremely buggy and unreliable, and the customer support is poor. This time, the most disturbing issue is the contact synchronization itself.     Great interface and app to help share contacts between users. I like the intuitive interface and the seamless integration with G Suite.

    This extension provides essential functions that are just as useful for personal use as they are for business users. These functions should have been part of Gmail from the beginning. Easy to setup and create lists.

    Lack of response from Support gets them 1 Star for this application. I have zero tolerance for unresponsive personnel. I have been trying for months to get these folks to correct their invoices which do not match what is actually being billed. They do not respond to any support requests at all.

    Doesn't seem to work anymore. I sent a support request to the issue I was having and received no reply. I also checked the support tab on this page, and saw that other people were having the same exact problem, but there was no reply from the developer. That issue is regarding Authorization Error 400. I was ready to pay for this. Instead I will delete it and look for something else that works.
