"Generate List" times out if there are too many items within the filter time range, then even the already found items get cleared so I can't even download from the incomplete list. Makes no sense to me.

Thank you so much for the "6-star" sentiment and for your incredibly precise technical feedback! You hit the nail on the head regarding the shared_proto_db bloat. When Chrome handles thousands of downloads, its internal Safe Browsing and history database can grow uncontrollably until the browser crashes. I have some great news: I just released Version 2.3.5 specifically to solve this. Here is what I've implemented for you: Auto-Clean History: The extension now automatically erases each completed download from Chrome’s internal history (files on disk stay safe!). This stops the shared_proto_db from bloating. Burst-Boundary Breather: I’ve added micro-pauses every 25 downloads to let Chrome’s database "breathe" and process metadata without overloading. Manual Cleanup: There is now a "Clear Chrome Download History" button in the Settings if you ever want to wipe old logs manually. Please update to v2.3.5 and toggle these on in the Settings. I would love to hear if this stabilizes your massive archiving sessions. Thank you for helping me make this tool professional-grade!

Hi Mickey, Thank you for your feedback! I want to make sure you get the full value of your PRO subscription. If the tool says "Downloaded" but your folder is empty, it usually comes down to one of two common Chrome settings. Please try these 3 specific steps to find your files: 1. The "Confirm" Button (The Two-Step Flow) The extension doesn't download files immediately after scanning to prevent your browser from crashing. Step: After you click Generate List, a Action List box will appear. Crucial: You must click the "Download/Confirm" button inside that box. If you close the box without clicking this button, the files are never actually sent to your computer. 2. The Chrome "Save As" Trap This is the #1 reason batch downloads "disappear." The Problem: In Chrome Settings (chrome://settings/downloads), if the option "Ask where to save each file before downloading" is turned ON, Chrome will try to open a new window for every single image. If you are downloading 50 images, the browser often gets overwhelmed and shows nothing. The Fix: Please turn this setting OFF temporarily when doing batch downloads. 3. Locating the Secret Folder Chrome extensions are restricted to your default "Downloads" folder. To keep your PC clean, we put files in a specific sub-folder. Default Path: C:\Users\YourName\Downloads\grok_downloads You can change the name of this grok_downloads folder inside the extension's Settings menu. 📺 Still having trouble? I've recorded a step-by-step video of the exact clicking sequence on our official guide page: 👉 https://grokmedia.kario-studio.com If these steps solve it for you, I’d be honored if you’d consider updating your rating! If not, please reply to my email ([email protected]) with a screenshot of your "View Logs" (found at the bottom of the extension popup) and I will personally troubleshoot this with you until it's fixed.

Hi! Thank you so much for the 5-star rating and the kind words about the image saving! You're absolutely right—if you're just saving one or two videos occasionally, the manual way is totally fine. I designed the Pro version specifically for "Power Users" who need a bit more heavy lifting, such as: Bulk Archiving: Downloading 100+ videos at once with one click (saving hours of manual work). HD Upgrades: Accessing high-resolution versions that aren't always easy to grab with a standard "Save As." I'm just happy to hear the tool is making your Grok experience better. Enjoy the images, and we're here whenever you have a big video project that needs some Pro power!
