I've switched to a paid version, but there are too many errors. Even today, I can't even log in. I'm worried that I switched to a paid version too hastily.

meetXcc has streamlined our team's meeting process. The auto-transcription is reliable, and the AI summaries are generally on point. The mind map feature is a nice touch for visual learners. while it occasionally misses nuanced points, it's a solid tool for keeping everyone in the loop.

As a researcher, I find meetXcc useful for interview transcription and analysis. The real-time transcription is accurate, and the summary feature helps identify key themes. The cloud storage is convenient. However, the UI could be more intuitive, and I sometimes need to double-check the AI-generated insights.
