Thanks for your feedback! We're sorry the donation prompt created a frustrating experience. We want to clarify that the donation opportunity comes through our partnership with Give Freely and is funded entirely by participating stores, not by you, your purchases, or any additional charges. This integration is only included in the free version of CSS Peeper. Users who create a free account (no subscription required) have the donation integration permanently disabled. There is also an option to opt out and dismiss the donation prompt permanently. Based on your feedback, we'll review this flow with our partner to ensure the opt-out functionality is working clearly and reliably. We understand that trust and transparency are important, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Our goal is to keep CSS Peeper free while supporting charitable causes in a way that feels respectful and unobtrusive. We'll continue working to improve that experience.

Thanks for your feedback. Our extension currently does not offer live CSS editing directly on the page. We appreciate you taking the time to share this suggestion, and we'll keep it in mind as we consider future improvements.

Thanks for the feedback, and we're sorry to hear you've been running into issues! You shouldn't need to uninstall and reinstall the extension for it to work properly. We'd be happy to help debug what's happening. Please reach out to us at [email protected]. We'll do our best to investigate and get things working smoothly.

Thanks for the feedback! We're sorry this bothered you, but we think offering a free donation opportunity via our partnership with Give Freely is a simple way to raise money for education and other important charity causes. Importantly, the donation offered through this integration is fully covered by the partner store, not by you or any of your activity. It’s simply a way for these stores to contribute to charitable causes when users shop through them. The integration only applies to the free version of CSS Peeper, and if you sign up (no need to subscribe), the integration is permanently disabled. There is also the option to opt out forever with a single click and dismiss the modal for good. We’ll contact our partner to make sure there are no issues with that functionality. We understand how important trust and clarity are, and we appreciate your feedback. We’re constantly working with GiveFreely to make sure the experience feels as smooth and unobtrusive as possible. It’s just our way of doing a little good in the world while keeping this part of CSS Peeper free.
