    Hi Spencer You have the option to cancel the subscription in the Settings tab of the plugin. It is literally the first thing we show on that screen. Additionally, if you scroll down on the same screen, you have our support channels listed where you can always reach out to us if you need assistance.

    Hi Shivam Generally, when people do not see the option to unsubscribe, it is because they are logged into Figma with a different account than the one that they purchased the subscription with. If you do have multiple accounts on Figma, try switching accounts and then open Web to Figma. We have the option to cancel subscription clearly mentioned. Alternatively, you can always reach out to us over any of our support channels, which are also clearly displayed inside the plugin.

    Hi James The last payment charged to your card was in December 2024. In January 2025, your subscription was automatically cancelled due to failed payment. Once the subscription got cancelled, we never try to bill the customer again. And you do not see the option to cancel the subscription within the plugin, because you do not have an active subscription. Else, you would see the link to Manage Subscription which would then take you to the Stripe customer portal with the option to cancel subscription, among other things.
