    Job search as an international student was painful for me when applying, as many said they would not sponsor H1Bs. I had to manually verify, if they sponsored or not on websites like H1Bgrader.com. The sponsor checker extension is amazing as it eliminates the verification if they sponsored h1B or not. Now, I know for sure, the company that I applied had sponsored h1B in the past. Thanks guys...
