    I tried to use this for throttling a single API call on a single site. I couldn't figure out how to get it to work. I had it set to current page only, and used URL Containing - my-api-call. It would not throttle until I set it to use all sites and all pages. Once I finally got it working and I was testing my API call, I disabled the throttle and refreshed the page...but it throttled everything. I deleted the throttle and it continued to throttle everything. I had to disable the extensio...
