    I have been using this for a few years now. I use it very rarely, but whenever I need it's a very handy way to get test data.

    A previous review claimed that this extension is a virus, which is not true. I encourage users to inspect the source code or use ChatGPT to check it. For good measure I also deleted the extension and my browser didn't crash. It generates fake credit card numbers so you can test the checkout process of your own website without having to use a real credit card.     I appreciate your concern, but CC Generator is not a virus. It's an open-source project (https://github.com/crbanman/CC_Generator) that has passed Chrome Web Store's security review process. Our extension only requests two basic permissions: storage (to save your preferences) and clipboard write access (for the copy feature). Chrome's sandbox security model prevents extensions from accessing your system files or installing malware. For the uninstall issue: This sounds like a browser problem rather than our extension.
