Doesn't remember last location of extension when you close it or open a new one. The size of the window that does open is too small where it cuts off buttons and adds a scroll bar instead of being a slightly bigger window.

I've tried to be nice with these people but they are scammers at the end of the day. I've messaged and emailed them several times about canceling my account and they said they would cancel it only to find out months later they're still charging my account. How stupid can you be? It's practically stealing since I have proof of cancellation! So youre gonna get as many bad reviews from me as you can count. You got the wrong one today!

During the review process JustCall was hands down better than several other calling tools I had tested. Now that it is seeing much heavier use there are a variety of issues including the Chrome integration. Recent problems: -The odd dropped call -Spotty accuracy when linking data back to our Zoho CRM -The JustCall Chrome extension makes my ZohoCRM almost unusable if I want to do a mass update.
