Nov 4, 2025We had been a user for a while but the business stopped communicating renewals. The plugin was not required by us given major features are now in Google Meet for Workspace. Within a day of receiving notice of the billing we requested a refund. We've received no reply despite numerous requests. Poor customer service and no billing controls or notification. Very disappointing.

Jan 21, 2025The features to turn off camera and mute the microphone on meeting launch are no longer working as of 1/21/2025, reinstall didn't help. UPD: As of Jan 28, the auto mute and camera off are now fixed, but the auto-join functionality doesn't work.

Dec 12, 2024Our company uses this to auto-record meeting and it works beautifully. I also love the "auto join" feature. Once there was an issue with the auto-record and I emailed them. They fixed it within hours and it started working well again!
