    To be honest: It's disappointing to receive a 1 star review for a free extension without any possiblity to understand what may causes the issue. The extension is used by several thousands, and I doubt that they keep it installed if it doesn't work. So maybe it's just not working for you. I would be happy to support, but I need more details. I'm pretty sure that the extension is actually working (as it is for me), and an easy fix like restarting your browser would solve it. Thanks anyway for trying the extension.

    Good extension, very useful and customizable. It allows me to do in one click what used to take me several minutes, all without having to use an external tool (like Semrush), directly from the SERP. It's perfect!

    Hi there, In general, the extension should work, but some special SERP layouts maybe aren't supported (yet). In case the extension doesn't work, please reach out to me with some details about your search query so I can debug the extension if needed. It's a bit frustrating to receive 1-star reviews without any further information. *edit* How are you changing your user-agent? With an extension? Or with the chrome dev tools? Chrome dev tools works brilliant for me, but some user-agent switchers don't. I will investigate on this!
