Our "Evidence Cards" tutorial video has the information you needed: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l0TQfG2MH5Q Only "Debate" and "Congress" collection types have the cards feature available, since in "Extemp" you cannot use cut evidence cards in most leagues only full saved articles.     Sorry to here you are frustrated! iOS is not a supported platform, and Genie was never intended to run on iPads which is why you are running into problems. We never claimed to be compatible with iPads, and our FAQ Page (https://extempgenie.com/faq). Genie is only intended to be used on a full computer with a mouse, keyboard, and the full version of Chrome. Supporting iOS would require extensive changes. We are a small business with limited resources and unfortunately the investment would not be worth it for the small proportion of users that would benefit. If you need help setting up a compatible device I'd be happy to assist over email! Just shoot a message to [email protected]

    I love this app! Used to have a major experience-ruining bug where it would freeze upon auto-filing, but Ethan Reeves responded very quickly and kindly to my issue, and now its working great! I love the Custom Sources and the features for Congress and Debate. I recommend this highly for any forensics afficionado.

    I have used Extemp Genie for two years and love the product. I have encountered some problems in the past when the program became unstable before a big tournament, but Ethan is very quick at responding and resolving issues in less than an hour after I emailed him, making my overall experience with the product extremely satisfactory. I would highly recommend Extemp Genie for any Extemper who has a very small team that is unable to file easily.
