Apollo is not blocking the extension. This problem can happen even without the extension installed. Apollo support has confirmed that it is usually related to a browser or session issue. The following steps have helped many users resolve it: • Clear cookies and cache in Chrome • Log out of Apollo and log back in • Completely close and reopen your Chrome browser • Check for any available updates in your Apollo dashboard • Try the same action in an incognito window After these steps, users are normally able to export search results again.
